About ICAME 2027

The 2nd International Conference on Advancement in Mechanical Engineering (ICAME 2027) brings together researchers, industry experts, and students from across the globe to Kolkata, India for three days of scholarship, innovation, and networking.

Vision

To catalyze breakthroughs in mechanical engineering that address the world's grand challenges — sustainable energy, intelligent manufacturing, healthcare, and mobility — through rigorous scholarship and industry–academia collaboration.

Objectives

• Present cutting-edge research across 12 technical tracks.
• Foster international collaboration between academia and industry.
• Publish high-quality proceedings in Springer LNMechanical Engineering.
• Provide a platform for early-career researchers and PhD students.

Organized by

Department of Mechanical Engineering, in association with a premier institution in Kolkata / Eastern India, with international technical co-sponsorship. The first edition (ICAME 2025) welcomed 250+ participants from 12 countries and produced a Springer-published proceedings volume.
